Searches and recommendations

Search requests are used to analyze gift preferences and provide recommendations. Raw search text, analyzed gift preferences, recommended products and reasons, processing status, and timestamps are stored in the server database to provide recommendations and investigate errors. In AI analysis mode, search text, gift preferences, and candidate product information are sent to OpenAI. Supabase is used for storage.

When US search is enabled, submitting the English form sends your request for US gift analysis and stores the results as described above. Do not enter identifying details such as names, phone numbers, or addresses into a search form.

Product-link records

When a user follows an approved product link, the service records the recommended product, the link used, a request reference, and the time of the visit. The application does not separately store the raw IP address, full browser User-Agent, or a device fingerprint for this purpose.

Service operation

The service currently has no registration or payment feature. Search, recommendation, and product-link records support service quality checks and anonymous summaries of gift demand and recommendation performance. The application does not create device fingerprints for individual profiles or separately store raw IP addresses or full browser User-Agent strings in the service database.

Retention of search text

The retention standard for raw search text is 30 days. Search text older than 30 days and free-text fields in analyzed results are automatically cleaned daily at 03:00 UTC (12:00 KST). Depending on the scheduled run, removal occurs at the next daily execution after the text exceeds 30 days. Search status, structured gift preferences, anonymous statistics, recommendations, product-link records, and their relationships may be retained.

Optional Google Analytics

Google Analytics 4 loads only after you choose Allow analytics. It uses first-party cookies to distinguish browsers and sessions, and receives device information and an approximate country derived by Google from the connection. These are not anonymous visit counts. Givliy sends public page paths, market and locale, search-start and outcome events, recommendation counts, and product-provider CTA intentions. We do not send your gift search text, recipient details, product names, AI responses, affiliate URLs, or application user/request identifiers. URL query strings and fragments are excluded; referrers are reduced to their origin.

Analytics is optional. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalized advertising consent stay denied. Rejecting analytics does not restrict searches or guides. You can change or withdraw consent using Analytics preferences in any page footer. Withdrawal stops further collection and removes this site's GA cookies; it does not erase data already received by Google. The browser remembers your choice for 180 days, and the configured analytics cookie lifetime is at most 180 days without extension on visits. Blocking storage may make your choice last only for the current document. Google's report retention is managed separately in the Analytics property; contact us with privacy questions.

Google processes analytics data under its own terms and infrastructure. See Google's privacy policy. An affiliate CTA event indicates intent, not a confirmed redirect or purchase. Server product-link records remain separate from GA4. Market describes the selected shopping experience, not your location.

Operational details that have not yet been confirmed, including infrastructure access-log retention, will be clarified as the notice is updated.
